Product designer and author Hanners Hank Gevedon and artist and illustrator Kellene Turner. We usually collaborate on such things as survival products or pattens. The recent Covid situation during a social distancing meeting caused them to discuss exactly how young people would feel about this situation and this moment in time. The discussion turned to the fact if you wanted to do anything the easiest way was to teach the children and let them take it from there. We are all familiar with a young person in any familiar who make sure everybody does the right thing and who make sure everybody is wearing their seatbelts. We focus into a discussion about what the situation might look to a young person who wanted to make a difference and feel empowered over a virus that was kind of difficult to understand and impossible to see. So, the discussion led to how we could make the virus real and share the things that we as people during this time of pandemic needed to do to keep ourselves safe. This discussion lead into the book called How the Littlest Hero Fought the Villain Virus Down to Zero. We truly wish that the book could have been written and gotten out sooner these things take time and we wanted to make sure the illustrations where correct and wording was correct. So, we developed the book put it together added some very important daily vital static sheets at the back and added a daily contact list at the back. Then upon on reviewing it decided to add a Spanish translation on to the pages of the book for our Spanish population and our large number of Spanish speakers in the world. The stories that I read to my own children often told tails or fables that gave directions and I really thought it be great if you could set down with your children or your grandchildren and read a book that let them realize that this was scary but that the virus could be fought and that if we all pull together that our success as a population was guaranteed and that we would come through this and get past it stronger and better so the littles hero is now in print and I hope that the readers enjoy this book as much as myself (Hank) and Kellene enjoyed written it and illustrating it and getting to you.  First editions can be signed and dedicated.
